This didn’t work on TortoiseSVN 1.6.16 Build 21511 – 64 bit

While it does gray the box after clearing the saved data, TortoiseSVN did not prompt for username and password when I tried to create a new repository.

It just said “target machine actively refused connection”.

Any ideas?
